One-food Diet

There are many types of diets. One of the succesful diet plan is called one food diet. One food diet is when people eat only one type of food for a period of time. For one food diet there are many kinds such green tea diet, fruit diet, meat diet and etc. When you do one food diet you can lose up to 10kgs in less than a week time. My friend lost 7kgs in a week by going on a watermelon diet. Watermelon diet is good for summer times. She also did green tea diet once and it was really affective. Green tea helps you to reduce your appetite and breaks down and burns all the fats in the body. The best thing about one food diet is that you can eat the particular food as much as you want and whenever you want. However, there are many downsides to this diet. If you do one food diet for too long, you can’t get enough nutrition and get dizzy and lack of energy. It’s only good for a short period of time. The longest period should be a week at the most. For some people it really works but for others, after they get off the diet, they gain the weight back.
